What can I expect in my box? Each box is centered around a new affirmation and is carefully curated with tools to enhance your self care and personal development. You will receive a wide variety of 5-7 products each month, including: aromatherapy, apothecary beauty products, crystals, jewelry, orgonite items, cards/decks, divination tools, incense, candles, books, spiritual decor and more. All items will be cruelty-free! We also include suggestions for use, tips and different practices to try like meditations and rituals. Plus, we highlight a spiritual teacher and include suggested content from them. The box experience is designed to help you make positive changes into your life each month.
What is a commitment plan: By subscribing to our 6 month or 12 month plans, you are committing to the total length of your plan. These commitment plans offer you our lowest prices, plus a FREE box and FREE gemstone necklace.
Example: if you signed up for our 6 month plan, you are agreeing to pay for and receive a box for the next 6 months. If you decide to cancel your subscription, upon completion of your original 6 month commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled. If you don't cancel, your plan will automatically renew for another 6 month commitment term.
When does my box ship? Our first shipment goes out via USPS around the 11th of each month. After those boxes are received, we will reveal the entire contents of the box. If boxes are still available, we will continue to take orders until the end of the month. If you purchase your box after the 11th, it will ship within 1-3 days.
Why was my subscription renewed? We are a subscription service that automatically renews each month, same as most other subscription companies. (This includes ALL our plans: Month to month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month). If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your account. If you have signed up for a multi-month subscription, you will still be charged for your remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term. When will my subscription renew? You're billed for your first box right away, after that you'll automatically be charged on the 1st of every month. If your first purchase is made after the 11th you will receive the current month’s box only if it’s still available. If not, your first box will ship the following month on the 11th. Our “Get started” tab will be updated to show when we are sold out for the month so you will know which box you are getting when placing your order.
How do I cancel my subscription? We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto renewal at any time. Just log in to your account and select the option to cancel or send us an e-mail at: email@example.com. SORRY but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
Example: If you sign up for a 12 month subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes.
