What can I expect each month in my box? Each box is carefully curated with tools to enhance your personal development. You can expect between 5-6 products each month, including a wide variety of items like: aromatherapy, apothecary beauty products, crystals, jewelry, clothing items, books and more. All items will be vegan and cruelty-free! We also include suggestions for use, tips and different practices to try like meditations and rituals. Plus, we highlight a spiritual teacher and include suggested content from them. The entire experience each month is designed to help you implement changes into your life.
When does my box ship? Our first shipment goes out via USPS on the 10th of each month. After those boxes are received, we will reveal the entire contents of this month's box. If boxes are still available, we will continue to take orders until the end of the month. If you purchase your box after the 10th, it will ship within 1-3 days if we are not sold out.
When will my plan renew? Your billed for your first box right away, after that you'll automatically be charged on the 1st of every month. If your first purchase is made after the 10th you will receive the current month’s box only if it’s still available. If not, your first box will ship the following month on the 10th. Our “Get started” tab will be updated to show when we are sold out for the month so you will know which box you are getting when placing your order.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription or skip a month at anytime. After canceling, you'll still receive any boxes you've paid for and then you subscription will end. Simply log into your account or send us an e-mail at: email@example.com. SORRY but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with the box please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs.
